Absolutely! We understand the need to use meal prep services without having to be on a subscription.
You can place a single order to see how you like our service and then subscribe if you’d like!
For single and subscription purchases you will be charged after you place the order.
Yes, six (6) meals. Quantities from single order and subscription meals are not combinable to meet the minimum.
For example, an order containing one (1) single order meal and five (5) subscription meals would not be accepted. The minimum applies to each category separately.
Yes, sixteen (16) meals. Quantities from single order and subscription meals combined must be below the limit.
If you need to order more meals, you may create multiple orders. If you operate a business and would like information on wholesale pricing, please contact us for more information.

Of course. Our subscription service has no commitments. Just cancel before your cut-off time to cancel your subscription. Cut- off times are six days prior to your ship day. Please call, or email if you need any assistance.

Yes, shipping rates are between $10-$15+ depending on address.

Of course! Just add any information such as, access code, gate code, or delivery instructions under the Company Line. Delivery instructions include delivering to your door, leaving the order in a package room, or with a doorman.
No, you meals will be waiting at your door in our eco-friendly packaging.

We use safe, garden-friendly gel packs and eco-friendly packaging in all shipments.
All of the packaging we use is environmentally friendly and meant to be recycled, or reused.
Yes, if your order or subscription is set for “Local pickup”, we will have your meals ready for pickup on your designated day of the week.
If you do not retrieve your meals by Friday afternoon or contact us to make other arrangements, your meals may be donated to a local charity.

Your meals are good for 5-7 days after receiving your shipment.
You are more than welcome to freeze any meals if they are within the used-by date.

Yes, the containers are microwave safe.
We recommend that you peel a corner of the container seal for venting, and heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Allow the meal to sit with the seal on for 1 minute.
Individual heating times may vary by meal or due to the power of your microwave. Frozen meals will require an added minute or more of heating time in the microwave.
To heat in the oven, remove the meal from the plastic container, and place the meal in an oven safe pan. Heat setting depends on appliance used.

No worries! Select the Login tab at the top of the page. On the login page, there is a link that reads, “lost password?” Click the link to reset your password. If you forgot the email you used we are just a phone call away to look that information up for you!
