Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your items must be defective.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and picture of defective item.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is disputed more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your disputed item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping returns
We do not accept shipped returns.
